Waitlist privacy

What happens to your email address when you join the AllMeetHere waitlist.

Who can join: You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. If we learn that someone under 16 has joined, we delete their details.
What we keep: Your email address, the referral code we give you, who invited you (if anyone), and when you joined.
Why: To hold your place in line, email you your place and link, tell you when a friend joins with your link, and send your invite. Nothing else. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
Legal basis: Your consent when you join (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles it for us: Supabase (database, Ireland), Brevo (email, EU) and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes it only on our instructions. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long: Until you are invited and decide whether to create an account, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights: Ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing personvern@allmeethere.com. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
